Refund policy

 

At Trinity Oaks Farm we take great pride in every animal and product we raise and sell. Because we deal with live animals and fresh farm products we have specific policies in place to protect both our animals and our customers. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order or deposit.

All puppy sales require a non-refundable $500 deposit to reserve your spot and secure your pick of the litter. This deposit goes toward the total purchase price of $1,500. Once a deposit is placed it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If for any reason you are unable to complete your purchase after placing a deposit your spot will be released and offered to the next person on the waiting list. All puppy sales are final once the puppy has left our farm. We do our absolute best to ensure every puppy is healthy, happy and well cared for before going to their forever home.

All goat sales are final. A deposit may be required to hold a baby goat and all deposits are non-refundable. All goat babies will have their CDC shots given before leaving our farm. Once an animal has left Trinity Oaks Farm we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If you have any health concerns about your animal after pickup please contact us directly and we will do our best to help and support you.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh farm eggs we do not accept returns or offer refunds on egg orders. If there is an issue with your order such as damaged or broken eggs upon pickup or delivery please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

All produce sales are final. Since our produce is fresh and seasonal we are unable to accept returns. If there is a quality issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work with you to find the best solution possible.

We are a small family farm and we genuinely care about every single customer and every animal we raise. We are always available to answer your questions before you make a purchase so please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time.
